DISCO BALLS FOR DAYS

Nothing screams party like a disco ball, and Callie and Rob really brought the party! Disco balls decorated every table setting, hung from the ceiling, dotted around the cocktail hour, and even showed up in the form of sequin table cloths on the cocktail tables. I love when a couple chooses to embrace what they love and add these personal touches to their day. I also love when I have an excuse to wear my disco ball earrings!

BUILD YOUR OWN CHARCUTERIE

Callie and Rob took charcuterie boards to the next level by letting their guests choose their own mini wood board, wood burned with their names and wedding date on it, and build their own individual charcuterie boards. Guests loved getting to pick their own board and curate their own artfully arranged selection of meats and cheeses. After their snacks were gone, guests got to take their board home as a souvenir to remember the party.

FRESHEST BRISKET AROUND

I have had a lot of barbecue at weddings (and enjoyed it all!) but I have never had barbecue where they hand carved brisket for each and every guest in the buffet line. That is, until Callie and Rob’s wedding. San Juan BBQ out of Aztec served up show stopping food with the most mouth watering brisket I’ve ever had. A lot of guests definitely found their way back in line for seconds at this wedding!
