I joke that I became a wedding coordinator for the wedding cake, but that’s only half true. My favorite part of the wedding day is when the guests file out and the couple leaves the wedding on an inexplainable high surrounded by the people they love. Beer bottles and confetti strewn about, not one single helpful aunt left in the dining room, means we did our jobs correctly… allowing you AND your guests to have a CELEBRATION.
As we heading into our eighth wedding season here in the breathtaking greater Durango area, we’re celebrating even more weddings, in more venues, across more towns, with grander designs and greater personalizations than before. And we can’t wait to celebrate yours with you!

Hi, friends! I love the Four Corners area, building relationships, and, most of all, celebrating the covenant of marriage! I have a creative bone and love it when brides have big dreams that we get to help make come true. I’ll be your hype-woman, calm voice, and solver of problems!
When I’m not celebrating couples, you can find me crafting, making jewelry, two-stepping, gardening, hosting Bible studies, or spending time with my husband, Matthew.

I’m really glad you’re here, It means so much to be part of this season in your life! I was born and raised in beautiful NC. After college, my husband and I packed up for a road trip out West. The moment we drove through Durango, we were hooked. We moved out here in 2024 and haven’t looked back, soaking in every minute of this mountain-town magic.
I’ve always had a passion for organization, thoughtful design, and connecting with people in meaningful ways. Whether I’m coordinating a wedding day or capturing social media content, my goal is to keep the vibes high and the laughter loud!
When I’m not on-site or behind the camera, you’ll find me out on a trail, at the gym, hosting a game night, or snuggled up with my husband and dog. Oh what a blessing it has been to have joined this incredible team. I can’t wait to meet you, hear your story, and help you create your very own Perfect Day!

I’m passionate about details, seamless timelines, and making sure couples feel relaxed and supported so they can soak in every moment of their day. I’m organized, motivated, and always ready to be both your hype woman and your problem solver!
Having recently gotten married myself, I understand firsthand everything that comes with planning a wedding and how meaningful it is to have the right support along the way.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and our puppy, reading, doing pilates or yoga, enjoying the outdoors, or traveling. I absolutely love being part of this fun and amazing team, and I can’t wait to meet you and help make your day unforgettable!

Wife, mama, lover of all outdoor water activities and CELEBRATIONS! I currently call the Durango area home with my husband, 2 kiddos, and our golden-doodle/pointer pup, River. Some of my simple joys include: slow stroller jogs, cross country ski laps, teaching yoga and working on our little fixer-upper home. I planned my own mountain wedding on a family ranch in 2018, countless youth events and sports camps for Four Corners FCA, and then transitioned to The Perfect Day Co. in 2022. What a joy it has been! My favorite part of wedding day is getting a little peek at the ceremony and first dances. The raw emotion is unbeatable every time. What an honor it is to serve you on your big day!

Hi Y’all! I’m Steph and being a part of your perfect day brings me joy! I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. I lived through a wedding and marriage, till death do us part. Now, I take great pleasure in coordinating your “Perfect Day”! Prior to wedding and event coordinating, I was a youth, middle school, and varsity high school track and cross-country coach for 16 years in total. I have two adult children, one of which is married, and the other has graduated from Colorado State University with aspirations to go to law school. From a young age, I knew I wanted to call Durango home, and now it is! I love the outdoors and have completed 20+ half marathons, my jam! I feel blessed to call The Perfect Day Co. my home away from home and being part of a team that believes when the going gets tough, the tough get creative in finding solutions to seeing a couples unique wedding day come true!

WHY DO WE LOVE WEDDINGS SO MUCH?
In a world deeply longing for restoration and healing, marriage is one of Godʼs chosen means to remind us of Christʼs love for his bride, the Church. God created marriage, and God loves the celebration of weddings!
Human marriage is the closest reflection we have of the relationship between Jesus Christ and his beloved people. It is the absolute biggest honor to witness two people declaring their intention to enter into marriage with one another by the Grace of Jesus Christ.
