I joke that I became a wedding coordinator for the wedding cake, but that’s only half true. My favorite part of the wedding day is when the guests file out and the couple leaves the wedding on an inexplainable high surrounded by the people they love. Beer bottles and confetti strewn about, not one single helpful aunt left in the dining room, means we did our jobs correctly… allowing you AND your guests to have a CELEBRATION.

As we heading into our eighth wedding season here in the breathtaking greater Durango area, we’re celebrating even more weddings, in more venues, across more towns, with grander designs and greater personalizations than before. And we can’t wait to celebrate yours with you!

Hi friend! I’m a wife to Josh and mama to two sweet kiddos, Bridger and Norah. We have called Durango home for almost 10 years now and cannot believe we get to live where people vacation. When I’m not planning weddings or chasing my kids around, you can find me stuck in a book, mastering the art of sourdough bread, or somehow managing to keep all of my houseplants alive! It is an absolute joy to serve couples as a coordinator through The Perfect Day Co to help make their day as fun and effortless as possible.

Wife, mama, lover of all outdoor water activities and CELEBRATIONS! I currently call the Durango area home with my husband, 2 kiddos, and our golden-doodle/pointer pup, River. Some of my simple joys include: slow stroller jogs, cross country ski laps, teaching yoga and working on our little fixer-upper home. I planned my own mountain wedding on a family ranch in 2018, countless youth events and sports camps for Four Corners FCA, and then transitioned to The Perfect Day Co. in 2022. What a joy it has been! My favorite part of wedding day is getting a little peek at the ceremony and first dances. The raw emotion is unbeatable every time. What an honor it is to serve you on your big day!

Hi party people! I am so excited you found us. I am wife to Matthew and mama to two amazing little humans, Calvin and Mya. Born and raised in Durango, I then moved to Boulder for college and remained on the front range for a total of 12 years where I worked in experiential marketing for 6 of those. I then did a quick 180 and got my cosmetology license from Paul Mitchell in Lakewood, CO. Moving back to Durango was the best split second decision my husband and I could have made for ourselves as I am so grateful, elated, lovestruck with this place as an adult. The cherry on top has been the opportunity to work with Amber and our awesome team to immerse our couples into the absolute magic of this place. Outside of wedding coordinating, I find joy in reading, making jewelry, attending all the extracurriculars, camping, boating and all outdoor adventuring really. I look forward to working with you and holding space for all that perfect day energy on your special day!

Hi, friends! I am blessed to have lived in Durango since 2020. I love exploring the Four Corners area, meeting new people, and most of all celebrating people!

I have a creative bone and love when brides have big dreams that we get to help make come true. I’ll be your hype-woman, calm voice, and solver of problems! When I’m not celebrating couples, you can find me crafting, making jewelry, two-stepping, gardening, or planning my wedding with my fiancé Matthew.

That’s right, I’m a 2025 PDC bride getting married in October! So I’m right there with you in the planning process! <3

I’m really glad you’re here, It means so much to be part of this season in your life! I was born and raised in beautiful North Carolina. After graduating college, my husband James and I packed up for a 10-week road trip out West. The moment we drove through Durango, we knew we were hooked. We moved out here in early 2024 and haven’t looked back, we’re soaking in every minute of this mountain-town magic. I’ve always had a passion for organization, thoughtful design, and connecting with people in meaningful and lasting ways. Whether I’m coordinating a wedding day or capturing social media content, my goal is to keep the vibes high and the laughter loud. When I’m not on-site or behind the camera, you’ll find me out hiking a trail, at the gym, hosting a game night with friends, or snuggled up with my husband and dog. Oh what a blessing it has been to have joined this incredible team. Hands down the most fun I’ve ever had “at work.” I can’t wait to meet you, hear your story, and help you create your very own Perfect Day!

Hi Y’all! I’m Steph and being a part of your perfect day brings me joy! I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. I lived through a wedding and marriage, till death do us part. Now, I take great pleasure in coordinating your “Perfect Day”! Prior to wedding and event coordinating, I was a youth, middle school, and varsity high school track and cross-country coach for 16 years in total. I have two adult children, one of which is married, and the other has graduated from Colorado State University with aspirations to go to law school. From a young age, I knew I wanted to call Durango home, and now it is! I love the outdoors and have completed 20+ half marathons, my jam! I feel blessed to call The Perfect Day Co. my home away from home and being part of a team that believes when the going gets tough, the tough get creative in finding solutions to seeing a couples unique wedding day come true!

Congratulations on this amazing new season of life. I am a college student studying Business Administration with minors in Management and Leadership at Colorado Christian University. I have had the privilege of working at the Perfect Day Company for two years now as a summer intern. I love learning new things about event and wedding coordination. Helping couples have the smoothest day possible—surrounded by their closest friends and family—is something I truly enjoy. Weddings are about celebration and the start of a new journey, and it makes me happy to assist excited couples with that. When I'm not behind the clipboard, you can find me leading worship at my school, playing piano, or cooking!
