The Perfect Day Co team brings backgrounds in events, hospitality, logistics, and customer care, giving couples experienced day-of wedding coordinators in Durango and the Four Corners region who know how to keep a wedding running smoothly. For larger or more detailed events, we provide both a Lead Coordinator and Assistant Coordinator so every detail, timeline, and vendor is fully supported.
From rehearsal through reception, we manage setup, vendor communication, and custom timelines for every moment of the day. When unexpected issues arise (and they will), we handle them quietly behind the scenes so you and your guests can focus on celebrating.
Couples also receive trusted local vendor recommendations, planning support via phone and text, and access to our professional wedding timeline software to keep everything organized.

Our wedding content creators capture the candid, behind-the-scenes moments of your wedding day using professional iPhone video and photo so you can relive and share the experience right away. From getting ready and emotional first looks to ceremony reactions and dance floor highlights, we document the real moments as they happen without interrupting your photographer or videographer.
Most couples receive their behind-the-scenes wedding content within 24 hours, giving you shareable photos and videos while you wait for your professional gallery and film. This service is designed to complement your photo and video team while preserving the authentic, in-between moments that make your wedding day unforgettable.
