About 30 days ahead of your wedding day, we’ll start the countdown by confirming all the little details.

~ Create your event timeline to clear your way down the aisle! We make custom timelines for you, your vendors, our coordinators and even your nosy sis-in-law.

~ Verify your vendors. We’ll cross your T’s and dot your day-of I’s with proactive vendor coordination—so you don’t have to lift a finger (or your phone!). We take over communication with vendors at this point so you’re not “on call” leading up to your event.

~ Walk your venue (if needed!). We’ll confirm every chair is in the right spot and no detail—or fabulous centerpiece—is missed.

  • We focus on weddings in Durango, Silverton, Moab, Telluride, and Ouray. We’ve worked with nearly every venue across the area, and have helped with a number of adventurous outdoor weddings too! From river-side ceremonies to ski-lopements, if you can dream it, we’ll execute it!

  • For weddings outside of Durango, we charge a flat-rate travel fee of $500 in addition to our coordination rate.

  • We believe every couple should have a dedicated professional wedding coordinator to handle the day-of details. You (and your sister and your mother and your best friend) deserve to enjoy every moment of the big day—not stress over the little details.

  • We get it. Some venue coordinators are so booked, they hardly have time to breathe—much less give your wedding the attention that it deserves. Fear not, our dedicated (and responsive!) coordinators have worked with every venue in the area and we know the ins, outs, and inside scoops.   • YES! We’re excited to offer a special wedding day coordination rate of $1,800 for couples who choose to get married at our partner venues.

    We’re able to offer this special discount because we’ve had the honor of hosting a lot of weddings in these stunning spaces. We know every nook and cranny inside out, and we can’t wait to help you make the most of them!

  • When you combine several different vendors moving in and out, guests going to and fro, great dance music, breakable glassware, and big life moments —something unexpected is bound to happen. We handle all we can behind the scenes and out of view, so nothing distracts from what’s important—and if it does, it only adds to the event.
