Hannah + Brian @ Irma J Ranch

WHEN: June 28, 2025

WHERE: Irma J Ranch

COORDINATORS: Rose, Molly, and Josh

These are a few of my favorite things:

THE PRETTIEST HANDMADE COASTERS EVER

Hannah and Brian’s wedding was marked by the wildflowers of summer, both in their florals from the talented Abundant Blooms, and in the flowers growing all over the property. To top it all off, Hannah and Brian’s sister in law handmade the most stunning glass fused coasters in a colorful wildflower arrangement for each guest to enjoy at their table and then take home afterwards. The coasters captured the color of the day and the incredible talent of someone they love dearly (she also officiated their ceremony!)

Here’s what the couple had to say:

We are beyond grateful to have had Rose and her team as our wedding coordinator—she was truly a dream to work with from start to finish. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and behind-the-scenes magic made our wedding weekend feel effortless (for us!) and full of joy.

From handling last-minute seating chart updates with total grace, to making sure our leftover pizza and bridal bouquet got into the fridge (which might sound small, but mattered so much to us!), Rose kept track of every detail without ever making it feel stressful.

She was incredibly organized, responsive, and just the kind of steady, thoughtful energy you want on such an emotional weekend. Rose helped build a rock-solid weekend plan—and it all went off beautifully.

If you’re having a small wedding (we had under 40 guests) and are on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator—do not hesitate. No matter how intimate or DIY your wedding or elopement may be, you need someone like Rose to run the show so you can actually enjoy it. It was hands-down the best decision we made.

We can’t recommend her and Perfect Day Co. enough. If you’re looking for someone who will truly care about your day and make it run seamlessly so you can be present and enjoy every moment—Rose and her team at Perfect Day Co. is it.

Thank you, Rose, for everything! -Hannah & Brian

INTENTIONAL

If I had to pick one word to describe Hannah and Brian’s day, it would most definitely be intentional. They put so much thought into every decision of the day, making sure it honored their love for one another and their people. Their timeline was built to avoid rushing from task to task, and they even made time to set up chairs in the forest for a quiet moment together before their ceremony. They snuck away for a private cake cutting to really soak in the moment. And to finish the night, danced alone to a meaningful song played by Rob Webster. They chose to slow down, savor every moment, and take in the joy of their wedding.

PIZZA ALWAYS PLEASES

If you’re ever looking for a crowd pleasing meal, look no further than pizza cooked right on site by Fired Up Pizzeria. When an actual pizza oven rolls up to your wedding, the guests are already buzzing with excitement. Hannah and Brian picked three delicious flavors to choose from and everyone got to enjoy a slice (or two or three or four) straight from the brick oven.
