A Garden Party at Blue Lake Ranch

Molly and William’s wedding at Blue Lake Ranch felt like stepping into a secret garden. Every corner of the property was glowing with string lights woven through trees. I loved the florals spilling across tables combined with warm wood tones and soft fabrics layered in a way that felt effortless but completely intentional. Blue Lake Ranch already has that tucked-away magic, but this day elevated it into full garden party energy. Intimate. Romantic. A little whimsical. Very Colorado.

The Dress

Molly’s dress deserves its own moment. Exquisite is the only word that fits. The texture. The movement. The way it caught the light during portraits and flowed across the brick patio and lawn. It felt timeless without being traditional. Elegant without trying too hard. When she walked through the trees with William, bouquet in hand, it felt like something out of a painting.

Boho Meets Colorado

Ridgewood Party Rentals absolutely nailed the design. It was boho meets Colorado garden party in the best way. The design featured layered textiles, warm amber glassware, lush florals with rich fall tones, and long tables that invited conversation. The guest got comfortable and settled in for a while!

Music, Light, and Lingering Conversations

Pete Giuliani was my personal favorite part of the day. Cocktail hour stretched on in the best way, with music drifting through the trees while guests sipped, laughed, and leaned into real conversation. It was one of those rare wedding moments where no one feels rushed. People stood under string lights, surrounded by flowers and soft mountain air, and just enjoyed being there.

Gingermoose Photography captured it all so perfectly. The quiet glances. The golden light. The way Molly and William looked at each other like the rest of the world had softened around them.

The entire evening felt warm. Intimate. Like a dinner party that just happened to be a wedding.
