Morning Mountain Top Ceremony!

Rather than following a traditional afternoon timeline, the couple intentionally chose an 11:00 a.m. mountaintop ceremony to avoid Colorado's typical afternoon rain showers. It was the perfect way to ensure they could exchange vows exactly where they had always envisioned: at the top of the ski lift, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views. Their ceremony felt peaceful, intimate, and completely true to who they are.

Their guests embraced the adventure, riding the ski lift to the ceremony site and taking in the incredible scenery along the way. The journey itself became part of the experience, making the ceremony feel even more meaningful. There's something so special about gathering with your closest family and friends on a mountaintop, with panoramic Colorado views stretching in every direction.

After the ceremony, everyone lingered at the top, taking in the views. The couple had time to soak in those first moments as newlyweds while capturing beautiful portraits together, along with heartfelt photos with their family and friends against the stunning backdrop. Starting the day in such a calm and intentional way set the tone for everything that followed. It was a beautiful reminder that when you build your wedding day around what matters most to you, the result is an experience that's not only unforgettable but deeply meaningful.

A Surprise Choreographed Father-Daughter Dance!

One of the most unforgettable reception moments was the father-daughter dance. What started as a traditional dance quickly turned into a surprise performance that had the entire room on its feet. The bride and her dad had secretly choreographed a dance to surprise the groom and everyone else in the room, and the reaction couldn't have been better!

Just when guests thought they knew what was coming, the father of the bride reached into his pocket, pulled out a pair of fun sunglasses for himself and his daughter, and the performance officially began. A mashup of favorites like Everybody Dance Now, Gangnam Style, U Can't Touch This, Cheap Thrills, and Uptown Funk kept the energy high as they jumped from one choreographed routine to the next. Their enthusiasm was completely contagious, and the crowd cheered, clapped, and laughed through every song. Watching the groom's surprised reaction and the huge smiles from family and friends made the moment even sweeter. It was the perfect reflection of their fun-loving relationship, and proof that this father of the bride was, without a doubt, one of the coolest dads around!

Colorado Details!

The wedding details were another standout favorite because every element felt deeply personal to the couple. Colorado has played such an important role in their relationship, and they intentionally incorporated thoughtful touches that celebrated the place they love most. Every detail reflected their story and gave guests a glimpse into the adventures that have shaped their lives together.

From chairlift-shaped place cards and a national park-inspired cake topper to Colorado-grown flowers arranged in bud vases across every table, each element felt uniquely tied to their wedding location. The table numbers featured photos the couple had taken in meaningful places throughout Colorado, while a Polaroid guest book invited loved ones to capture memories from the day. Instead of choosing details simply because they were beautiful, the couple selected pieces that carried meaning, creating a celebration that felt authentic, intentional, and unmistakably them!
