These are a few of my favorite things:

Elegance in the Saddle

The thing that made this wedding most fun and unique was that the bride, Victoria (who works at the local Bears Ranch trail riding destination) decided to surprise her guests by riding in on her horse, Licorice.

The bride hid with her horse behind the beautiful aspen trees as guests sat for the ceremony. Then, just when the "Walk in a Room" by Mascadine Bloodline hit its chorus, she sprinted out from the trees, circled the guests, and then waited behind a curtain that Tres made before walking down the aisle to marry her love.

The Story So Far

As guests settled in for dinner, a slideshow of the couple's favorite memories played on a large TV, offering a glimpse into the years that led to their wedding day. Hiking trips, engagement photos and other adventures gave everyone a chance to relive the journey that brought them here.

It became a natural conversation piece throughout dinner, with guests pointing out familiar faces, laughing at old photos, and sharing stories from different seasons of the couple's lives. It was a simple addition that made the reception feel even more personal, reminding everyone that a wedding celebrates not just one day, but the many moments that came before it.

Served to Perfection

Dinner from chef Heath with Distinct Dining was another highlight of the evening. It was every bit as memorable as the celebration itself. Guests were treated to perfectly prepared chicken and beef, each cooked with care and served alongside thoughtfully selected sides that complemented the meal.

It was the kind of dinner that had guests lingering at their tables, enjoying great conversation and savoring every bite. A well-executed meal has a way of bringing people together, and this one set the stage for an unforgettable evening of toasts, dancing, and celebration.
