For the love of Pho

Caleb said that one of his greatest accomplishments in life was introducing Maddie to Pho! They celebrated their mutual love for this delicious dish by serving it to their guests at their wedding. Perez Mountain Table Catering knocked it out of the park by providing soup base, noodles cooked fresh on-site for each guest and a myriad of sauces and toppings in decorative bowls on each guest table. The bowls were antiques that were special to the family and doubled as cute and thoughtful decor filled with basil, bean sprouts, jalapeños, cilantro and lime. The Perez family also served banh mi sliders to guests at each table. It was a meal made perfect by lots of lingering conversation and compliments from guests and vendors alike.

DIY Details

Maddie + Caleb were very intentional about how they decorated the beautiful dining room at Kendall Mountain Community Center and chose minimal but PERFECT decor for the space. The simple decor included spring florals grown locally at Mountain Belle Flower Farm, candles in gold votives and table numbers with beautiful local mountains painted by the groom's mother. These simple tables fostered the perfect environment for deep conversation, laughter and of course a beautiful and decorative meal.

A family focus

It was clear to see that both Caleb and Maddie have incredible families and friends cheering on their marriage. From the very beginning, you could tell that family was a priority for this couple. They embraced this on their wedding day by having three grandparents walk down the aisle before the parents and the bridal party...a rare and wonderful sight. Two grandparents were escorted by the groom's youngest brothers and one by the bride's aunt. This family focus continued to shine as the bridal party delivered some of the most meaningful toasts and the whole guest list danced and laughed into the night.
