These are a few of my favorite things:

Seating Chart: A Bookshelf-Style Escort Display

The couple’s seating chart was designed as a cozy library bookshelf. Think a vintage hutch filled with hand-wrapped books, glowing candles, framed photos, charming knick-knacks, and a warm-toned lamp. It was the perfect setup for any book lover’s wedding.

The bride and her bridesmaids hand-painted and wrapped each book to match the wedding’s color palette, then labeled them with Roman numerals and personalized “titles” for every guest. Guests located their book on the shelf, matched the Roman numeral to their table, and enjoyed an interactive moment that felt both whimsical and meaningful. This bookshelf seating chart became an instant crowd favorite, beautiful, engaging, and completely unique.

Here’s what the couple had to say:

“We used the Perfect Day Co for our day-of-coordination for our wedding, and it was the best decision we made. We had Stella as our coordinator, and she was PHENOMENAL. From answering our texts at all hours of the day in the year leading up to our wedding, to making sure our day ran smoothly, we were truly astounded by her dedication and professionalism. She was also SO FUN. She brought even more fun energy to the mix and we loved getting to work with her. She made sure that I, as the bride, was relaxed the whole day and completely brought all my DIYS and vision for my wedding to life. She answered all of our families' and friends' questions with patience and they had nothing but amazing things to say about her. Her team is also fantastic and helped us at every turn. I could not recommend them more!!”

Handmade Wedding Details: Elevated DIY Touches

This bride took DIY wedding décor to an entirely new (and stunning) level. Over several months, she crafted a collection of custom pieces, including faux stained-glass table numbers, a stained-glass-inspired mirror welcome sign, and a gold-rimmed glass letter box transformed to match the theme. Each handmade detail added personality, artistry, and cohesion to the day. Proof that DIY can be elegant, intentional, and absolutely show-stopping.

The Crew: A Wedding Party With Unmatched Energy:

One of the most unforgettable elements of this wedding was the wedding party, the ultimate hype crew. Whether the bride needed a shoe swap, a lipstick refresh, or just a good laugh, her bridesmaids were right there, fully invested and full of love.

The groomsmen had their own memorable moment: a first look with the bride that resulted in priceless, heartfelt reactions. Their toasts were the perfect blend of hilarious and sweet, and they didn’t leave the dance floor once, especially after the light-up cowboy hats made their appearance. This group came ready to celebrate, support, and uplift their couple, creating a high-energy, joy-filled atmosphere from start to finish.
