Where It All Began
Alyssa and Cameron’s story unfolded quickly, but when you know, you know. They’d crossed paths before, and when life brought them back together, everything just clicked. Their families actually own neighboring properties, so when it came time to plan their wedding,
hosting it right there felt perfectly natural. The setting carried layers of meaning: a place that had always been part of their story, now the backdrop for the start of their next chapter.
A Garden Party in the Making
The vision? A relaxed, garden-inspired celebration surrounded by
family and friends. The reality? Even better. Just weeks before the
wedding, the property was still mid-construction, but fresh sod, a
giant tent, and incredible florals from April’s Garden transformed it
into something stunning. The design felt effortless, lush, vibrant,
and alive. It was one of those spaces that made everyone want to
linger a little longer, talking, laughing, and soaking in the
atmosphere.
Intentional from Start to Finish
Every part of Alyssa and Cameron’s day felt focused and meaningful. There was a calm confidence to the way they moved through the day... fully present, never distracted. Their ceremony reflected their faith and their values in a way that felt genuine and personal. You could tell they weren’t chasing perfection; they were celebrating
connection. It was about God, family, and the people who mattered most.
A Classic Exit
As the night came to a close, Alyssa and Cameron made their getaway in
a vintage car that felt straight out of a movie. Guests cheered and
waved sparklers, and the joy in the air was unmistakable. It was
simple, stylish, and exactly right for them.

We could not have imagined our wedding without The Perfect Day Coordinators! They went above and beyond in every single way. Amber met with us multiple times in person (plus a few calls) in the month leading up to the wedding to help us prepare our completely bare ranch venue. She had all the vendor connections and expert advice we needed, and thanks to her, every detail came together beautifully. The week of the wedding we did a final walk-through of the space and that’s truly when I turned my brain off because I realized that they had every detail that I thought of plus dozens more under control.
On the wedding day, they brought six staff members, and we got so many compliments from our wedding party about how incredible they were. Apparently, there were multiple behind-the-scenes issues—like the generator running out of fuel FOUR times—but we never knew about it until after the fact. They handled it seamlessly and kept everything running smoothly.
My husband and I kept saying afterward that it felt like the coordinators were always five steps ahead of us. There was never a moment where I had to wonder what was happening or what was next—they were completely on it!
