This final-sweep package is designed for couples, planners, venues, and event professionals who want experienced wedding professionals handling the end-of-night wrap-up, not exhausted family members or leftover vendor teams trying to figure it out at midnight.
Our trained two-person strike teams help professionally close out weddings and events with efficiency, organization, and real wedding experience. From decor and rental packing to final bussing support and venue reset assistance, we help ensure the night ends smoothly and venues are left in great condition.
Because after a 12-hour wedding day, nobody wants to spend the last hour dealing with trash bags, taper candles, and missing centerpiece boxes.
What is event strike?
At the end of every wedding, someone still has to stay behind.
Decor has to be packed up. Rentals need to be organized. Trash needs to be consolidated. Venues need to be reset. And somehow, everyone is suddenly looking for the one unlabeled bin that matters most…that’s where we come in.
The PDC Strike Crew package provides four hours of professional wedding close-out support from a two-person experienced event team. We work alongside planners, caterers, venues, DJs, bartenders, rental companies, and vendor teams to help professionally wrap up the event.
We know wedding timelines, venue expectations, rental company systems, and we know what late-night weddings actually look like behind the scenes!
What’s not included in the strike packAge?

Additional fees are rare, but may apply for excessive DIY decor, delayed timelines, multiple event locations, confetti/glitter clean up, or unusually large clean up needs! All additional costs will be as transparent as possible during initial confrontation.

We focus on events in Durango, Silverton, and Ouray. We’ve worked with nearly every venue across the area, and have helped with a number of adventurous outdoor weddings too! From river-side ceremonies to ski-lopements, if you can dream it, we’ll execute it! If you’re outside these areas, reach out! We may be able to make your date work!

Our travel fee is an additional $500 if our staff requires overnight lodging. This is quoted per venue so please let us know your venue at the time of booking.

Unfortionately, we don’t offer stand-alone set up services at this time. Set up AND clean up are included with our full-service day-of coordination which you can check out HERE.

The standard package includes a final bussing round after caterers complete their primary bussing responsibilities.
Full bussing support is an additional service where our team owns the whole bussing process - perfect for couples DIY’ing their catering, or doing a catering “drop off”.

The package includes four consecutive hours of strike coverage, most commonly between 8pm–12am or 9pm–1am depending on the event timeline. Additional time may be added based on availability.
